My Trip to Kansai Vol. 2: July 2022

I love traveling.

私は旅行が大好きです。

I have been to many places in my life.
私は今までの人生いろいろなところに行ってきました。

I like to see beautiful places and take pictures.
私は美しいところを見て、写真を撮るのが好きです。

Under the COVID-19 situation, we cannot travel around the world freely as we used to.
コロナ禍では、かつてのように自由に海外旅行が出来ません。

Therefore I have traveled around Japan instead.
だから、その代わり、私は国内を旅しています。

I have been to Kansai many times in my life.
私は今までの人生で関西に何度も行ったことがあります。

This year I have been to Kansai three times so far.
今年は今のところ3回関西に行きました。

First time was in March to attend the 100th Reiki Memorial Training Camp in Kurama, Kyoto and the annual festivals of the Vernal Equinox Day at Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine in Osaka.
1回目は3月に京都の鞍馬でのレイキ100周年の記念合宿に参加し、春分の日に恒例の住吉大社でのイベントに参加するためでした。

Second time was in July to see the Gion Festival in Kyoto and visit Tenkawa Dai Benzaiten Shrine in Nara.
2回目は7月に京都の祇園祭と奈良の天河大辨財天社に行くためでした。

Third time was in October to attend the Kimono Fashion Festival at Toji Temple in Kyoto and visited Chikubujima island in Shiga next day.
3回目は10月に京都の東寺で行われた着物ファッションフェスティバルに参加するためで、翌日滋賀の竹生島に行きました。
