 I love to see beautiful things and take pictures.

私は美しいものを見て写真を撮るのが好きです。

I like to take pictures of sunlight through trees, clouds, and other things.
私は木漏れ日を撮るのが好きです。

When I take pictures at the sacred places like shrines and temples, I can take wonderful light pictures without realizing.
神社仏閣のような神聖な場所で写真を撮ると、気づかぬうちに素晴らしい光の写真が撮れていることがあります。

This is a collection of sunlight pictures when I took in Osaka, Kyoto, Miyagi, Kanagawa, and so on in October 2025.
これは、私が2025年10月に大阪、京都、宮城、神奈川等で撮った光の写真集です。

My Trip to Kansai: September 2025

 I love traveling.

私は旅行が大好きです。

I have been to many places in my life.
私は今までの人生いろいろなところに行ってきました。

I like to see beautiful places and take pictures.
私は美しいところを見て、写真を撮るのが好きです。

When I decided to go to Nara and EXPO 2025 for the 8th times in September, I was wondering how to go and where else to go.
9月に奈良と8回目の万博に行くことを決めたとき、どうやって行こうか、他にどこに行こうかと考えていました。

There are so many places to go in Kansai.
関西にはとてもたくさん行くところがあるのです。

I decided to take a night bus to Kyoto, and take a train and a boat to Chikubushima Island in Shiga where I wanted to visit within this year.
夜行バスで京都まで行き、電車と船に乗り、今年中に行っておきたかった滋賀県の竹生島に行くことにしました。

When I visited Chikubushima Island, since I could not cross Lake Biwa because of the bad weather, I decided to take a train around it.
竹生島に行った時、悪天候のため琵琶湖を横断できなかったので、電車で琵琶湖を回ることにしました。

After that I went to Kameoka to see the Yowan (Scintillating Bowls) by Onisaburo Deguchi at the Gallery Oomoto.
その後亀岡のギャラリーおほもとに出口王仁三郎作の耀盌を見に行きました。

I took the Kyoto Sagano Romantic Train on my back to Kyoto station.
京都駅まで戻るのに、嵯峨野トロッコ列車に乗りました。

After having dinner in Kyoto, I headed for Nara.
京都で直会した後、奈良に向かいました。

The main reason to go to Nara was to attend a special tour to visit 5 shrines.
奈良に行った主な理由は、5つの神社を訪れる特別なツアーに参加するためでした。

Next day after walking around Nara with my friend I went to Osaka to visit the EXPO 2025 for the 8th times.
翌日友人と奈良を散歩してから、8回目の大阪・関西万博を見に大阪に行きました。

これは私が9月に京都、奈良、大阪を旅した時の記録です。

Since this is the Year of the Snake, I definitely wanted to visit Chikubushima Island where is one of the Five Great Benzaiten Shrines.
今年は巳年なので、どうしても五大弁財天の一つの竹生島に行っておきたかったのです。
